Great friendly staff, needed a flooring sander last minute and akro came through, very good pricing and very well maintained tools will be coming here first for any tools much better service then other more known hire companies

I own a tree surgery business based in Edinburgh. I recently ordered a 17m cherry picker to be delivered to Balerno. The lady on the phone took all the details and confirmed it was booked in for 830am for the following Thursday and the driver would call when he was nearby. The day arrived and no cherry picker, my manager didn't receive any phone call to notify us and I was left with an extremely unhappy customer who pinned the blame on my business. I called to ask why this had happened and was simply told that the lady who took the booking hadn't transferred it from one
