The pet shop has been established in North Walsham since 1991. Sam has worked in the shop since 1992 where she started her school work experience. After her work experience she took on a Saturday job while training to be an accountant. Before long, she was offered a full time job and decided to pursue the pet shop and has remained in the shop since, seeing many changes to the town and still thriving.

Since then, the main aim has been to provide the best customer service they can. If they don't stock a product that a customer is after, they will go out of their way to source it.

Own Brand Report

At Sam's Pets we are always trying to find ways to give you the best quality products for the best possible price. We are now stocking our own brand food. Premium quality at affordable prices, our sweet potato range has over 40% meat (not animal derivatives) as well as seaweed for teeth and gloucosamine for joints and lots more besides.

Pest Control Report

An adult flea is a tiny insect, roughly the size of a pin head and is dark brown in colour. Fleas feed on the blood of wild animals, pets and even humans. The female flea consumes 15 times her own body weight in blood daily and can also lay 2000 eggs in her life time. The flea treatment in more simple than you might think, simply book a convenient day and time for you, pick up as much as you can of your floors in the effected room/rooms.

Friendly pet store which allows animals in. Good variety of treats and bones and biscuits etc laid out close to the floor allowing dogs to almost smell out and pick what they want.
Lovely service from friendly staff and prices are reasonable for a local shop.

Sams Pets use to sell all sort's of pet's a long time ago, but now they only sell frozen mouse's, frozen mice's, frozen rat's for snake's to eat. They do sell bug's like cricket's and mealworm's and other thing's to feed to your bearded dragon's and other thing's like that. They sell dog and cat food too. The most friendly pet shop in North Walsham, the products are good and the advice is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble, they will even carry heavy items to your car (large car park at the rear of the shop).
