Nigel started Bailey Estates back in 2008 from a small office above a wine shop in Birkdale village. Within 6 months he had identified our existing premises and has now along with Emma his wife, Megan his daughter, and his has team established the 'premiere' estate agent within Birkdale and Southport.

We opted to use Bailey's due to their local knowledge and our interaction when valuing our property.
We never regretted that decision: they were always professional, responsive, had details to hand, and were proactive in every way we could have wished. Refuse to help with their tenants, I come home to have rocks thrown at me, my son and my dog, I have many police logs from the verbal abuse I have to endure listening to every night into early hours, months I have phoned, emailed the lot and shocked that they have done this in another two previous property's.
The neighbours have tried poisoning my puppy,
Vandalised my house, climbed onto my porch roof and stared through my bedroom window, every day I enter or leave the house I get verbal abuse and so do my guests, my 2 year old son gets awoken regularly to banging on my bedroom wall as he is
