We are an independent, family-run funeral directors with fully trained and experienced staff who are on site, Monday to Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm and able to assist with all your funeral requirements. Our telephones are manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can arrange funerals for both burial and cremation, also repatriations where necessary.
We can assist in arranging ashes burials, ashes scatterings, pre-paid funeral plans or provide guidance in creating a personal memorial. Families who choose The Tender Touch are free to arrange the ceremony that is best suited to them and their loved one.

Services
As a family company, we offer a personal service and are here to help and support you through the practicalities of laying a loved one to rest. We have not forgotten that it is the personal touch that our clients need, we genuinely care and will be there whenever you may need us, even once the funeral has passed.
Disbursements to be added at the time of arrangement. You may upgrade or add any of our other services listed in our price list, cost's will reflect changes made. However if you remove any of our services from the above package, this will not change the current cost. You may upgraded the coffin at an additional cost, no other changes may be made.
No, You do not have to have a minister. A family member or friend can take the service. Some families find that this gives a warm and more familiar feel to the service and is more relaxed and appropriate for their loved one. There are two different types of non-religious minister available. A Humanist Minister and a Life Celebrant.
