Powder Coating Process How We Produce Stunning Wheels Alloy Master offer a full factory refurbishment involving a six stage process:. The alloy wheel is placed in a chemical solution (unlike some refurbishers we do not use acid which is more aggressive and less environmentally friendly) for several hours to remove all the old paint and lacquer and any accumulated deposits.

Diamond Cutting Specialists Report

A Diamond cut finish on alloy wheels is increasingly popular nowadays and is being used by almost all car manufactures from Fiat to Ferrari. You can identify a diamond cut alloy wheel by looking for the shiny bare metal effect, often in combination with a painted coloured surface. Diamond Cutting is often referred to as Diamond Polishing as the process produces a highly polished metal effect.

Absolutely delighted with the whole process from start to finish. Very quick response via email, was able to come in and get my alloy repaired the very next day.
Was finished by 2PM and the results were spotless… You couldn’t even tell it happened. Thanks so much again, very good value and will always recommend to anyone in future!

Wheels refurbished at £££, and paid in full. Only then did Alloy Master hand the keys back along with a damaged wheel nut without explanation
Upon further inspection the car was unsafe to drive. End result is the car requires a new wheel hub and wheel nut at a cost of parts and labour to me, the customer.
Once I'd paid them, Alloy Master didn't want to know about the damage to the car, which is absolutely shocking customer service.
Unprofessional work, and terrible on the phone - "You don't understand the how the motor industry works Son....".
My advice is look up someone else.

Had wheel done 18 months ago all looked good until 3 month ago wheel started peeling no wonder the give u a years guarantee so they don't have to fix how shady there work really is was ment to be dimond cut the painted it in sted

Delighted with the service and the quality of the work. Kerbed my back wheel and needed it repaired. Alloy Master took the damaged wheel off and fitted my spare. They had the damaged wheel repaired and ready for the next day, and refitted it. Excellent job done, would use these guys again, and would recommend them.

Brilliant service from Alloy Master. I dropped off my wheel that had buckled from hitting a pothole and less than two hours later I had a call to say it was repaired and ready for collection. Staff were very friendly and I would highly recommend their service.

I have used Alloy Masters on separate occasions for insurance purposes via Premiasolutions Alloy Insurance. They are of such a high caliber that I now specifically request they carry out any repairs required. The work shop has state of the art equipment and it’s also clean and tidy. There is no other place I would take my car for diamond alloy work!
Would recommend to anyone!
