Between us, we have many years experience in all aspects of Accountancy; the profession has evolved significantly during the eighties and nineties, and now an Accountant is expected to be an expert in all areas of Business, and not just the numbers end. Martin can aid with a wide range of work including: PAYE, Inheritance Tax, Corporate Tax, Overseas Tax Planning, VAT and Annual Accounts.
Goldwyns is able to offer our clients the ability to set up a business current account in 5 minutes from your smartphone. We provide a range of compliance services to support all aspects of business administration. We make use of our wide range of professional contacts to ensure you have a suitable independent adviser.
Our fees are determined by reference to hourly charge-out rates, which are based on salary costs and overhead apportionment. Rates range from 40 to 225 per hour (44 to 248) depending on the staff member involved and the degree of complexity of the work. All the work we do is based on this charging structure, and we prefer to agree a fee in advance of commencing work.
An engagement between us shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English law. The Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the engagement letter and any matter arising from it.
Each party irrevocably waives any right it may have to object to an action being brought in those Courts, to claim that the action has been brought in an inconvenient forum, or to claim that those Courts do not have jurisdiction.We aim to provide you with a fully satisfactory service and the Engagement Partner will seek to ensure that this is so.

Whilst dealing with my late Mother's accounts : communication was unreliable . I felt like my polite requests were being ignored ..I was FINALLY responded to after waiting for eight months for clarification of a final bill which , had the response been made at the time could of been sorted out promptly. The person who should of been dealing with the matter passed it to another and it was insensitive given that my Mother had been recently deceased. The fee charged for the final bill was ridiculous given the small amount of work it entailed. Then whilst going through my historical bank account statement
