I recently travelled a long way to purchase a particular Mini from Pritchards and I have to say I'm delighted I did. After dealings with two terrible dealers, one where the car had to go back as it was not road worthy (only discovered during a full service), and the other with unfixed damage and an extra 10,000 miles on the clock. Pritchards was a breath of fresh air. They provided an extremely calm and relaxed purchase process with none of the usual bull. I needed to collect the car the next day so the MOT was done and an oil and filter change provided given there was a query on the last service

Absolutely appalling service we called up today to book a car for a pick next at 9am next day. When we called back to check what we needed to bring with us in the morning i was told that no such booking had been made and there were no cars available. So they told a bunch of lies as to what happened. They never even apologised for there mistake. Mean while our day had been ruined as it was to late to get a booking anywhere else. NOT USING AGAIN!!!!

Bought a 2011 Ford focus from pritchards great service all round very happy with my experience here. Got best part ex price for my old focus. The new focus I bought the mechanic put me a 12 month MOT and service on they also put me a new driveshaft and new tyres on at mot which cost me nothing. So overall extremely fair as most garages wouldn't want to as its costing them. I would definitely recommend going to pritchards for a used car as they do have some quality cars and great deals 🙂👍👍
