Steve's passion began with a career that started in a kitchen in the West End working with a team of 25 chefs in Grosvenor Square and culminated having worked through the ranks in every department of various luxury London hotels to becoming part of the senior management team in a 5 * hotel in Piccadilly.

Red Herring are such a professional, yet kind and thoughtful company. The members of staff and the wait staff were faultless in the organisation, cooking, and serving our wedding breakfast last weekend. We had so many comments about how delicious the food was and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others or to hire them again. They helped… us plan and select our food choices and really made us feel like we were in the best hands and kept us reassured even during such uncertain times. The servers also made sure we (the bride and groom) were well fed and watered too. Worth every penny

We had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah & Steve from Red Herring for our wedding in June. They are just amazing at what they do, such lovely and friendly people who always put our mind at ease. It was like we had a personal wedding planner with all their knowledge and advice. The food was faultless, we had so many comments on the presentation and taste of our wedding breakfast. We’d highly recommend Red Herring. Absolutely faultless from start to finish…. X

Have just performed at their event called “Out Of Africa” and I have to say that this company is one of the best in the business, the marquee was expertly themed for Africa with exceptional detailing around all the walls, ceilings, furniture, marquee fittings etc. I was also fortunate to sample the food from a smooth running kitchen and I have to say that it looked amazing and tasted sublime… if you’re looking for a top event company, look no further, I have personally seen most of them …
