Well I dont even know where to start, it was a complete joke from the begging.
Me and my husband had a commercial litigation regarding a leak we had for more than 8 months as well as the insurance break down that the landloard had to provide, as per contract as well, and he never did dispite, several requests to do so.
Nevertheless, we decided to seek professional help (if we want to call it so lol).
We provided all the evidence about the leak and insurance payment and, these solocitors before giving them the money, stated that they were able to help us and if the hours were going to pile up
