I don’t usually write reviews but I read a recent negative review about WLB&S therefore I decided to share my experience of this shop.
I recently brought my “princess” to be MOT’d at West London Bike and Scooters, the guys were amazing.
During the test my number plate light was playing up so they dismantle the entire back of the bike (is a road bike with plenty of mods so with all the aftermarket LED ecc) found the issue, fixed it and charge me ….wait for it…..NOTHING for the job….
My princess was then MOT’d and back on the road.

SOLD MY SCOOTER AND KEPT FULL FUNDS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION
In short I had my bike pictured below with low milage collected by Ameen on 12th July 2019, I paid £360.52 for the repair and service in full ! I was assured no storage would be charged and during covid I was out of the country !
I returned and asked to collect my bike, I spoke with Ameen, he promised to call me back as he wanted time to investigate the location of my scotter, Ameen did not return any of my calls after this period. I today received a text message after chasing that the Bike was sold and they have kept proceeds for storage

Got my Bonnie from West London Bikes & Scooters and Ameen was amazing and was going extra mile to help me feel great about the bike by giving me panniers and alarmed padlock as a part of the deal!
Came into shop couple of times after and every time left with a smile.
Very good service and very good shop!

OUTSTANDING COSTUMER SERVICE, professional, true and with passion.
This shop I will highly recommend for second hand motorbike, repair and clothes! Is really rare to find a shop where the service is really good and not only for sell.
