Interesting Agent, some nice properties, but opportunistic and predatory behaviour by few bad actors in the office, taint the image. If you can deal with Grant and Mark, you will have a dignified and reliable conversation, if you get the misfortune of dealing with Daniel or Sarah, know your rights, be prepared for a blanket no and easiest option type attitude or to be misquoted rules and regulations, GDPR, tenancy rights and just undignified and cowardly approach to letting management. Not a definite avoid, but a definite be very careful. I see another review discussing the misquoting of regulations

On the letting side they are the worst company to deal with since they do not have any concerns about the tenants and the relative problems accordingly. They have got those special contracts with landlords where they manage only the paperwork which in my instance they screwed up by giving the wrong amounts where included, furthermore the terms and conditions when you make a reference to them there was no reference that you need to refer to the landlord.

Throughout the process of selling our house both Mark Wadsworth who was leading the sale and any team members we contacted were always extremely helpful.
Mark kept us up to date on all aspects of selling our house, be it the initial viewings and feedback, to keeping us informed of the buyers status as the sale progressed.
He was professional and courteous throughout and even helped liaise with both the estate agent of the property we were looking to buy and both sets of solicitors.
Overall I couldn't fault the service Handles provided and would definitely look to use them again in the future

We had the first viewing with Sarah on 24.04.2021. Even though she told us that the property hasn't had any viewings in the past or future (so that we can take… our time and even bargain); she wrote to us that she didn't realize that there was already another party interested in the property.

Since day one of just viewing the properties they were incredibly helpful and always there before me and making me feel comfortable about this whole moving process as it was pretty stressful. After selecting a flat they were supporting me all the way… to make sure everything was correct.
