ClaireLOGIC provide IT support for the organisation I work for. They are always attentive, knowledgeable and build a great working relationship with the teams they support. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Star We had our network hacked by someone pretending to be from Microsoft. The hacker caused no end of problems, luckily for us someone recommended clairelogic to us. They were able to work on the problem remotely to begin with, to get us back on track - then visited our office and double checked everything was secure. Speedy fix,… reasonably priced and hassle free - total lifesavers! They set us up with security software on all the machines and we haven't had any problems since. Will continue to use. Thanks

ClaireLogic contracted Feb 18 to supply new desktop and laptop, transfer existing files over and link up to OneDrive.
Expecting a two day transfer, took my old computers in one Monday morning, rang Tuesday afternoon to find out how they were getting on -'Oh, we haven't started yet'. Finally got the new machines back the following week.
Ongoing problems communicated to them not responded to until late April/May, at which time they managed to upload files from 2015 (when I last changed computers) onto my desktop and have failed to explain how they managed to do this. Finally ended up having to
