We have worked in Architecture for fourteen years and on construction sites for three years previously, as such we not only design buildings but have also built them and have extensive experience of survey, design, site work and construction techniques which not a lot of architects can attribute to.

More people are working from home but not everyone has the space to do so. It is one thing to be working from your kitchen table, it is quite another to have your own office environment that you can focus your time and effort on without the undue interruptions of family life. We are approached by a lot of clients looking to extend their homes to accommodate space for working from home be it extensions or loft conversions.
Lets be honest, the technical side of architectural design is not seen as "sexy" and as such there is a distinct lack of technical knowledge in architectural practices in terms of both building regulations knowledge and good practice. We on the other hand, love detailing and getting the minutiae right!
Enzo Associates was originally formed to provide outsourcing drafting services, especially building regulations and working drawing packages. Overtime we have also embraced BIM, with Revit in particular, not only in our own projects but to assist other practices with their workflow and helping them get to grips with Revit whilst transitioning from AutoCAD.
