We cater for the medium volume steel components range from a few hundred pieces to tens of thousands. We are a true one-stop shop, taking your design from the page through to the final anti-corrosion treated, powder-coated end product. Laser ProfilingComplex shapes can be developed to create flat patterns utilising our CAD software.
Alma Sheet Metal has made significant investment into state of the art machinery. Our most recent is our Bystronic BySpeed CO2 Laser Cutter which can cut sheet sizes up to 3m x 1.5m and offer thickness ranges up to 20mm for stainless steel, 25mm for mild steel and 12mm thick aluminium at a competitive rate.
Our CNC brake press has a 180-tonne capacity with a 3.1-metre bed. With the help of our software package, we can achieve consistent high-quality results every time.
