Started by Frank Amies in 1965 as an organic extension of his haulage business, the company grew to a size far beyond his original plans. Had 20 sleepers delivered had to return them due to quality issues. They then charged me £30 to pick up the sleepers for my trouble! would not use again have attached a picture of said sleepers.
Have attached a photo for reference.
Would not recommend, Didn’t even start the refund until I asked if it had been processed where you ever going to refund me as you needed my card details and you had confirmed that you had indeed received the sleepers back three days ago. Shocking tbh.

Only ordered a ton of sand and 5 bags of cement. However, every member of staff I met, from the lads on the phone who took my order, then dealt with me at the pay desk, to the very cheerful delivery driver, what a pleasant bunch of people to deal with. All true ambassadors of what customer service is about. Thank You.
