Oakley and Irvine believe firmly about the experience for the customer, this starts from the moment you walk through our doors! We understand that even something as basic as a greeting, can be, at times overlooked in our industry. We believe about balance and the ability to 'read' our customers needs both physically and emotionally.
Clare Irvine, at just 13 years old began an apprenticeship at Structures hair design Henley in Arden in 1990. Clare shares a love of many activities other than hairdressing, Clare's passion for dance kept her on "her toes" right up until their first child. She has performed in many shows from a small child.

Would definitely recommend a visit to Oakley & Irvine in either Stratford-upon-Avon or Alcester. They provide excellent customer service, quality products and make you feel great. I recently visited as I wanted a completely new style and Sarah made me feel extremely welcome and discussed various options with me for colours and styles. As I was going from a long style to a shorter style I found the process very reassuring as its not always easy to make a change. Sarah made the process easy and I'm absolutely delighted with the outcome, its a great new style and the depth of different colour shades

Love this salon! I've had my hair cut by a few of the hair dressers now, and the cuts have always been great. I've recently been having Sarah who also cuts my daughter's hair and would highly recommend. They spend time with consultation to make sure they understand what you want and how it fits with your daily life, but also make recommendations if you're not sure what you want or if you want something completely new. If I'm not sure what I want I'm quite happy for Sarah to decide for me and let her do whatever she thinks will look good because I trust her judgement and know that she knows the

Always amazing!
I have been a client of Claire's for many years so I know it would be easy to think that I have a biased opinion, I also know a hair stylist is a very personal preference.
As I have very fine hair it is really important to me that I have trust and confidence in my hairdresser. I appreciate honesty and shared opinions and Claire is both honest and extremely professional and always guides me right with thoughts on my hair.
I have today been back to the salon (post lockdown), whilst of course the experience is different under the "new normal" I was put at ease immediately when I

Fantastic service with highly trained, professional and friendly stylists. I love that they take on apprentices and encourage them to work up through the business and their training record for their team is exemplary. I’ve been coming to Clare in particular for years. Couldn’t manage without them. Always leave from my appointment feeling very relaxed, happy and glam.
