I had an appointment today with Crystal who was friendly and professional from the start. She explained everything as we went through checking the size and shape of my feet, even how I stood.
Crystal recommended some shoes and got a few pairs for me to try on. She helped put them on and tied the laces and patiently let me try all of them on before picking the ones I liked most. Having worn them this afternoon I can say in all honesty that they are the comfiest shoes I have ever had! My feet are painful and just walking around the supermarket hurts but in these I could have walked around again
