As per previous review, didn't show up for an appointment even though he reconfirmed that he was still coming 2hrs before he was due. Contacted me 2 hrs after he was expected telling me his phone had died. I think our job was too big for him anyway and I have now got a more reliable builder to do the work.

"Confirmed via email an appointment with Richard Groom builders Huntingdon for 10.30am to come round and quote us for a garage conversion. Waited and waited and waited.......but could not be bothered to make it. Not very professional, a call to say circumstances have changed would have been appreciated." -
