Bad experience. Constant excuses to why the product was delayed - I was told the fridge was to be delivered on a specific date. After waiting on site all day for the delivery I was told by email at the end of the day that the product had fallen off a lorry and had to be rebuilt. I took this with a generous £150 discount for wasting my day waiting around.
THEN 3 WEEKS LATER, I was told with less that 24 hours notice that the fridge was being delivered the next day between 10 - 4:30pm so after rearranging the space for entry I was told at 4pm (by email) that the lorry had broken down and would
