We are a professional and dependable family run company, who have an unequal reputation of reliable customer service. We still believe the customer should come first, hence whatever your window cleaning requirements, we believe we can provide you with a satisfactory solution. We use a state of the art hot pure water system, so we don't need ladders at your property.
We hold many commercial contracts throughout Monmouthshire, from factories and hotels through to nursing homes, even castles. We are fully insured and provide risk assessments, method statements and also an environmental health policy. If you wish, you can sign up to our monthly payment system, so you don't have to worry about paying us when we visit you.
You can pay us by cash, cheque or bank transfer, and we also take card payments in person, ie Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and most Debit cards. However, to make it extra easy for you to pay us, you can now set up a direct debit with us so that you don't have to worry about looking for payment when we call.

This guy refused to give any idea of price on phone, then arrived, so it was hard to then turn him away.
Said he would be there for 2 hours with two men and quoted £120. I thought that was a bit srong but accepted it as we had little option by then. Did the job in less than one and a half, and said his rate was £30 a man per hour. That comes to £90. He refused to reduce the price, or do any further work we needed doing to make up the two hours.
I feel ripped off.
