From first impressions, Russell Gardens in Wickford is not quite the sort of place where you would find a modern auto centre and then not one that offers a fixed MOT and servicing pricing. When Mr Abdus Samad Choudhury completed purchase of the site of a former garage / used car sales dealer, the site had been completely stripped of its infrastructure including the tools and machinery.

Following a recent 6 figure cash injection into the business, Wickford Autocentre now offers many facilities and services usually only found in main dealerships. Economical servicing options for every pocket are available, they also offer up to 12 months parts and labour warrantees for total customer confidence.

After moving to the area I needed a new garage to get my MOT and service. A friend who lives locally, recommended Wickford Autocentre and I'm glad I took their advice.
Helpful and friendly staff, good price and efficient service. I had also made a mistake when booking online which they spotted straight away and checked with me. They were great at communicating what needed doing and why, and gave me break down of costings. They carried out the MOT, full service, and replaced the several parts that needed doing in a very reasonable time. They gave me some really helpful advice on some other issues

Had my Cmax towed here with suspected fuel pump issues , I told owner I needed car back asap . Owner was straight talking, no BS . Gave me a price which I gave the go ahead . 2pm SAME day he rang to say my car was ready , even had my old pump to show me the fault . Works a dream now .

If using service stop
STOP !!!!!!
Cheap means not done
Independently Garage may be fine
But they obviously don’t get paid enough from service stop
No excuse for cutting corners
Didn’t change or clean oil filters
Resulted in cam chain failing
5000 miles latter
£750 bill

I booked a service through Servicing Stop and this garage did my service. I booked a full service and that didn't get done!
My car came back with a warning light on, telling me there's water in the fuel and to contact who serviced the car.
So I contacted Wickford Autocentre and they told me to rebook through Servicing Stop, which I did numerous times and everytime I booked it was to another garage and not to Wickford Autocentre. So I stopped trying to book it with them.
The person who drove my car home didn't tell me there was a warning light on and he couldn't miss it as it constantly beeps
