Arrival & Departure Times - Guests are asked not to arrive before 3pm and to leave the accommodation by 11am on day of departure. If for any reason this is inconvenient then please advise at time of booking/arrival. Breakfast - Is served between 7am and 9am in the conservatory of the main house. If possible, please advise the evening before the approximate time you require breakfast.
The Garden Room is a self contained unit with ensuite facilities, including a power shower. Bed/Sitting room with twin beds, wardrobe, table & chairs, freeview digital TV, radio/ alarm, Tea/coffee making facilities and fridge. B & B Guests are served breakfast [full english] in the conservatory of the main house but with prior notice breakfast can be provided in the room[Continental style only].
The Flat is available for B&B or self catering. Lounge/Kitchen area with comfortable sofa, TV with freeview digital, DVD and Video. The well equipped kitchen area includes fridge, microwave oven, mini oven and grill, toaster and ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, etc. Pleasant twin-bedded room with wardrobe and drawer space, TV, Video, radio/alarm en-suite bathroom and shower.
We are located on the west side of Brackley and Fox Lane is off of Banbury Road. The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac but only a few minutes walk from the town centre, local pubs and restaurants. Bordering three Counties - Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire - Brackley has easy access to M40 motorway [ 6 miles from Junction 10] and M1 motorway [ 16 miles from Junction 15a ].

From the out side it looked like your normal BB. We originally booked a Guest room but told it wasn't available and that we can have the office room. No mention of the price. The room smelt of damp and musty smoke, and stuck at the end of a garden. The room was clean. However for £75 for the night it is completely over priced. I couldn't wait to get out.
