Premier Logistics Group have now implemented a Worldwide Freight Forwarder division, we have achieved this by integrating with established global partners. Through our extensive team of global partners, we are able to offer a stream lined services for all your international requirements, door to door, import/export and any freight types or size to any destination worldwide.
We offer an unrivalled service when it comes to providing traction or trunking. Our fleet includes over 110 articulated units which enable us to offer regular or Ad Hoc vehicles to our customers. We also carry many different trailer types ranging from standard Straight-Frame Curtain-Siders to Hi-Cubes and Double-Deckers.
Premier Logistics runs an extensive fleet of vehicles dedicated to our Groupage & Part load operation. Our national groupage distribution service is ideal for part loads and specialist consignments when complete traceability and integrity is required. Using our exceptional fleet resources we provide total national coverage without regional weakness across the entire drop size range.
We offer guaranteed next day pallet deliveries, and economy pallet deliveries for quarter pallets, half pallets and full pallets throughout the UK. Obviously they don't invest in customer service training here. We were given false promises about a redlivery. The spokesperson was really rude, interrupting, making assumptions without listening and despite having confirmed with our supplier the mistake was at Premier side, they just reverted back to laying blame on the customer. Terrible. Almost cancelled my order to avoid dealing with them anymore, but would have lost money so gritted my teeth.
If you value your customers, do not use this shocking service and its rude staff.

I have dealt with Premier Logistics for a short period of time supplying drivers to them. We have a number of unpaid invoices, we chased Premier Logistics for payment for last few weeks only to hear excuses, still not paid and every person we speak to was useless. Please be aware when doing business with this company.

I had the pleasure of working for Premier, last week and I have to say that they run a fantastic service. The vehicles are quality and well maintained, as is the depot. Both the office staff and drivers are friendly, organised and very helpful. I had a two hour commute to do my week, otherwise this would be the ideal company to settle down with. I will always speak very highly of Premier Logistics and I look forward to my next visit.

DO NOT USE this company.
I was parked on an industrial estate and one of their drivers reversed into my car causing considerable damage and just drove off after pretending to leave a note on my windscreen. Luckily someone saw him do it and identified the company as premier logistics.
