Avoid Brooklands. Poor service and poor support. Slow response and takes forever to connect to an advisor, if that ever happens. I'd go through sales team and ask for technical support, easier to connect.
They will even ask you for your Citrix password over the phone, which is unbelievable. The advisor was of the opinion that, they will forget it after the call and go about their work. Truely shocking and poor practice.
