A very good experience. Gary came to our house when we were first booking the marquee and was very helpful in being willing to work round the slightly less than perfect location. The tent pitching and taking down went perfectly. The marquee was a thing of great beauty, and many guests admired it - for us it was a big part of the pleasure of our day that we were celebrating it in a lovely construction of real canvas, rope, and polished wood.
