One of our staff will then deal with your request within 24 hours, (weekdays only) Thank You. Orders canceled by 15.00 on working day prior to scheduled delivery date will be refunded in full. Order cancelation must be confirmed by phone with our sales office. Orders canceled after 15.00 on working day prior to scheduled delivery date will be subject to a 30% cancelation fee on the hire price.

They never answer the phone. I left several messages to off hire the skip to find out they appoint other skip companies to do their work and make £60 to arrange poorly. I had to off hire direct once i managed to find the company who delivered it. Crap do not use and £60 more expensive than using a direct company.
