I'm an affordable London wedding photographer who doesn't want to be associated with the wedding industry. I think couples get really exploited by a lot of wedding suppliers, including professional wedding photographers who charge exorbitant fees, so I try to put ethics, transparency and affordability at the heart of what I do.
I've photographed well over 300 weddings, and have over 150 verified five-star Google Reviews, which should indicate that I am a proper professional wedding photographer! As well as wedding photography, I also undertake a range of photojournalistic, documentary, live music, event and corporate assignments.

Services
Most of my wedding photography packages are well under 1,000, much below what other professional wedding photographers charge. Indeed, I often photograph weddings for budgets under 500. The wedding photography prices quoted here apply to bookings in central-ish London, and will increase slightly for weddings that are further afield.
As standard, all your photos will be colour-corrected. But you can also opt for an additional full set of your images, with a stylised look applied (at an additional cost of 10% of the basic fee). You may want to enjoy your pictures with an artistic stylised finish, but not forego having a record of your wedding day in a more faithful rendering.
My visual style is very much observational/reportage and stems from my MA in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography. But I appreciate that doesn't really tell you a lot - most wedding photographers these days say they do documentary wedding photography. So I wanted to say a little bit more about my particular visual style.
The most important thing to mention is that I am a reportage photographer. That means my photos focus on interactions, moments, and generally telling the story of your wedding day. So there is no special emphasis placed on the ceremony, the group photos or the couple portraits for example. As such I do not turn your wedding into a photoshoot.
OK, so what songs you play as you walk down the aisle or have your first dance to are clearly none of your wedding photographer's business. But couples often mention to me that they have no idea what that song should be and are looking for inspiration. I know that The La's 'There She Goes' is about heroin, but as it's about a love of heroin, it still counts as a love song.

Harmit was a fabulous photographer for our Wedding. Right from the beginning he was quick to respond and really well organised. He made it so easy for us to make sure we'd have great photos without having to worry about it at all. On the day, he made everything go smoothly, managed to get all the right photos without interrupting the flow of the Wedding (and we had quite a tight schedule including having to transport people across South London). Apart from the official photos Harmitt made sure to capture some lovely pictures of the guests just enjoying themselves. He was attentive to our needs

Harmit was a wonderful photographer at our wedding in August! Despite us postponing our wedding from February, and changing the arrangements of the day, Harmit was very understanding and easy to work with. He always responded to our questions quickly and professionally, both before and after the wedding. Throughout the day, he was excellent at discreetly capturing every moment of our wedding. We originally booked Harmit to photograph our wedding booked in June 2020. For obvious reasons, we had to move the date four times before it eventually took place this July. He couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating and really helped to reduce to stress of having to reschedule our wedding so many times. We came across Harmit's work on the internet, and luckily managed to book him for our 'lockdown' civil ceremony (with less than 48 hours notice!). He understood straight away what we wanted. Harmit was all we could have asked for in a wedding photographer. He was warm and friendly in his communication leading up to the day and upon meeting it was like we'd always known him! He was punctual and blended into the day perfectly, making us feel very comfortable in front of the camera.
