Good products and prices - however literally no excuse to take 3 weeks deliver a pair of trousers.
Two weeks from ordering to dispatch date and then it was late on top of that. If the delivery times are so poor it should be either addressed and fixed or explained on the item pages. I wish I'd have looked at the various reviews online first as it seems common.

Would not bother ordering online. Can't even give me an answer via direct email on when they will be arriving. £100+ spent and I don't know where my item is or what's happening.
I have now emailed yourselfs for the second time (they don't monitor their inbox) and I will not be accepting the order.
Terrible service.
UPDATE. I have just called and spoke with alan who confirmed that you hold my correct email address because he read it out to me.
WHY LIE ?
You also have the item marked as dispatched but I have zero tracking or proof of this.
Both I and klarna are looking.

I purchased work wear on Wednesday 11-11-20 and payment was taking and I’ve no been contacted in any way shape or form not even an email to be told my order was confirmed? Can you reply as I’ve sent an email and still no reply I would like to be contacted or a refund as I’ve no clue what’s going on.

What an utter disgrace of a company, Changed the date of my item to be delivered 3 times over a timescale of 3 months for 1 item. I have used this company numerous times for some big orders they did not once acknowledge what had happened and blamed me for picking the item I ordered, Stay away better to deal with Mickey Mouse.
