Allia FBC is an excellent venue for our CamJelly co-working group allowing us to meet and work together in an office environment. Co-working compensates for the isolation many of us have experienced during lockdown and Allia have enabled us to start up again in a safe way. The space is well managed and ticks all the boxes for a productive day of work. Allia provides high speed, reliable wifi, hot drinks throughout the day and there is access to the Café for food.

Modern office space where I have visited on many occassions where my partner works, staff should be more like the manager Joanna, however I cannot say the same for the receptionist Monika who has an air of arrogance and not very welcoming

If you're starting up a high tech or green tech business in Cambridge then you should definitely know about the Future Business Centre. Offices, virtual offices and meeting rooms are the focus but there also lots of events here that will be of interest too. The staff and the receptionists here are extremely friendly and will always go out of their way to help. The only downside to FBC is the extremely limited parking and the bleak, angular, unfinished concrete that the architects decided on for the building itself.

The staff is always there to help and the building is new and modern. The only small complain is that there are a few days in summer where it can be a bit hot because it doesn't have air conditioning installed (it supposed to be a green building that doesn't consume too much energy). But you can count them with one hand over the year. Apart from that, the meeting rooms are quite nice with drinks always prepared for the visitors. There is a kitchen area in each floor with microwaves so people working there can have hot food for lunch so that's very much appreciated.

I came along to visit Indigo, at the time I was on crutches suffering with severe hip and back pain following an accident.
I was very unhappy to find the lift out of order and was told by the staff that they had been waiting for a a part for over a month. After speaking to someone at Indigo I was informed that this was not the case and that the lift had been out of order for several months.
I was able to to use the stairs slowly and with a lot of discomfort but had I been in a wheelchair I would not have been able to get to the first floor office and my considerable drive would have been a waste

Social incubator and business centre, designed with sustainability in mind.
Quite a nice building, though has some interesting design ideas (putting balconies on the wrong side of the building, leaving many of the walls as concrete and ceiling bare).
Friendly staff and great cafe downstairs.
