Ralph has over 30 years of extensive knowledge within the asbestos industry. He founded Enviro-Safe in 1998 and has continued to oversee operations, manage Health and Safety and maintain the integral running of business both on site and office to this present day.
Enviro-safe have been granted a licence by the Health & Safety Executive to undertake work with asbestos. We have approved quality management systems which apply to asbestos removal, surveys, waste management, internal demolition and associated services that we undertake. Accredited by Quay Audit UK Ltd to ensure requirements are maintained to meet continuing registration.
To properly manage asbestos; you need to know you have it. One of the key stages to managing asbestos effectively is to identify the type, condition, location and extent of asbestos containing materials. We operate an in-house asbestos testing and surveying team delivering a highly professional service with individuals certified to P402 standards and extensive surveying experience.
Bulk sampling may be carried out simultaneously with the survey or carried out later as a separate sampling exercise. Often for small surveys it is convenient to take samples while surveying, while for larger buildings sampling may be carried out as a separate exercise when the building is empty. The sampling strategy will be based on the types of ACM present and should be representative of the whole material.
