We have had the best experience with Boys & Boden Chester in particular Alex Buchanin in the kitchen department. He was so unbelievably helpful when we turned up with our extremely basic sketch of how we wanted… our dream kitchen. Alex clearly had a lot of work to do but made time to create an electronic version and went into so much detail about what we wanted and needed to measure. He’s helped and advised us throughout our journey and nothing was ever too much - all whilst he was redesigning their showroom! Thank you so much, can’t recommend him highly enough!

After confirming my delivery for today and then phoning Shrewsbury branch at 2pm and 5pm making sure it was out for delivery, I was assured it was. Guess what? 8 pm and no delivery!! No phone call from yourselves, nothing. I’ve now had to cancel the builder I had booked for Saturday as I have no faith in you being able to provide the goods I’ve paid for. Obviously cash customers aren’t as important as your account holders!
