Paull's vehicle hire are extremely helpful, approachable, affordable and great quality.
Compared with so many other rental companies, I will not mention, they have not raised their prices, because of shortages of new cars or parts. 10 out of 10. Really helped me out when my car was off the road.
Infact allowed me to continue to get to work.

Great service from Paull's Vehicle Rental. I got a quote online and then called to book. The lady on the phone was very polite and efficient. There is no push for you to buy extras. Normal excess on cars is £1000 but I paid the extra £10 a day to reduce this to £250. When collecting the car it was all easy and the vehicle was ready and clean. Sign some paperwork and you are shown round the car and away you go. Make sure you take your driving licence, proof of address and DVLA check code although they can sort this on the day if you haven't already done it. You will need your NI Number for this

My history , lots of car and van hiring over decades , moved to the big companies when they started offering good deals and from memory more available stock. Years later the experience of renting became a bit of a trauma when repeatedly the big firms were finding issues ( or trying to find issues as I soon started videoing the condition at the point of rental ) . Decades after my last hire with Paull's I hired a van last week . It was new , clean and of a high spec. The staff were friendly and didn't push any extra products and the return was easy.

We used Paull's Vehicle Rental on 2 occasions in the past month and I cannot recommend this company enough! We hired a Luton Van and the service from start to finish was brilliant.
The ladies at the front of the office are really polite and kind and have brilliant customer service. We had to make an amendment to our booking and there were no questions asked.
Their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to other companies and would definitely use this company any time we need to hire a van. Thank you!

Brilliant service! I was a bit apprehensive about using these guys as their prices are massively cheaper than other rental companies (it cost £50 for a LWB van for 1 day whereas Enterprise wanted £135!!!!) but I have to say everything from the van to the customer service was fantastic and I was really surprised! I would absolutely recommend these guys. Very friendly and the lady on the reception was really helpful. The deposit was also refunded into my bank instantly.
