A recent Gas Safe Register survey found 1 in 6 homes checked had an unsafe gas appliance - with an astonishing 1 in 3 gas fires found to be unsafe. All our servicing is completed by properly trained and registered engineers for a fixed cost, and if we service your appliance we gurantee a rapid response to any breakdowns.
Gas safety checks are a very large part of our business and we carry out many hundreds of them every year. Completing them properly requires high levels of expertise, together with knowledge and experience of the huge range of gas appliances now available from hundreds of different manufacturers. We offer fixed costs for Landlords and Homeowners Gas Safety Checks based on the number of gas appliances in a property.
All our engineers are fully trained and experienced in fault finding on all makes of boilers, fires and other gas appliances including high efficiency condensing boilers. We understand that all breakdowns are urgent, especially in winter. If you are a regular customer and have your gas appliance serviced by us we guarantee a rapid response to any breakdown.

I would not recommend this company at all. On more than one occasion I have taken a full day off work (after being told that he will arrive any time between 10am and 4pm) and then had him phone at 4.30pm to say that he isn’t coming. They ‘fixed’ our shower, which has not worked properly since and we can count on our boiler breaking down after every service. Martyn is pushy about appointments (even though he is unreliable) AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Martyn and his team have always been very efficient when resolving any property management issues at a rental property we have in Totnes. The services at the property are more complex than at most properties and their diagnosis and remedy work has always been effective and offer value for money. IT IS 19.11.PM NOW....THIS COMPANIES EMPLOYEE WAS GOING TO BE HERE AFTER 3PM. NO SIGN YET OR PHONE CALL. I PHONED AROUND 4PM TO ASK FOR A TIMING ROUGH IDEA N WAS TOLD MAYBE AS LATE AS 6PM ISH AND I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL WHEN HE WAS ON WAY TO ME AND SAID I WOULD STILL LIKE THEM TODAY N NOT TO RESCHEDULE ...... THEY ARE AWARE I HAVE A MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES WHICH CAUSE HUGE PROBLEMS IF SOMEONE HAS TO ENTER THE HOUSE . I HAVE TO ASK THEM TO WEAR A COVERALL SUIT N OVERSHOES AND I HAVE TO SHADOW THEM WITH ANTIBACTERIAL SPRAY N WIPES N CLEAN TOOLS ETC. I KNOW IT'S ILLOGICAL BUT IT IS WAT IT IS. OCD
