Paul Farmery gave very poor service did not seem interested in doing the job of fixing my roll up door. Eventually after 5 days from first contact, agreed to come and look at the job but did not turn up for agreed appointment Friday 3rd August. Did not phone to warn me he would not turn up, or apologise. I phoned and told him 21.30 on the 3rd Aug to tell him he was obviously too busy to fix my door and we should leave it there.
