Took a bit longer than anticipated to arrive, but the staff at cycle discount kept me informed, so no problem. Initially had a bit of a problem with the gearing, but the mechanics at the centre soon sorted this, replacing sprockets at no extra charge.

If you are in need of unexpected quick bike repair DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE.
Bike shop is literally next to canal /cycle path. Cyclist's obviously get punctures. If you go to this shop & ask for new inner tube to be put in (so you can continue on your journey especially as you are miles from home) he'll tell you he is "Snowed Under"? He'll fix it if you leave it for "2Days"
Me thinks he may have an "ATTITUDE" problem. Would never go here again.
Plant cycles in Burslem offered to do it immediately.

Very helpful staff, they took the bike outside for my husband to try before purchasing it (he has a knee replacement and needs plenty of room between the seat and the handle bars). He got the bike he wanted and neaded 😊. Much better than a certain place on Festival Park who refused to let him even sit on a bike, despite their head office saying it was OK for him to do so,but when your paying nearly £2,000 you have to get a good fit!!

Used them last month for a service on my bike to find them friendly and helpful the bike was serviced sameday no issues. No extra un-needed work either. Basic service and replaced a disk brake and pads as i had got oil on them. Cheerfully explained how to prevent this in the future. I will be back next time i need anything.

Absolutely fantastic service and courtesy from all of the staff I've met, quick turnaround on repairs which is very important as I use my bike for work travel. More than reasonably priced. I simply can't fault these guys for their passion and knowledge for what they do. I won't go anywhere else 👌👍👍👍👍

Best bike shop in the area. We went in for advice finding a bigger 'proper' bike for our 4 year old and the staff were really knowledgable and very helpful. They have a fantastic range of kids bikes and we chose a 16" Python Elite, it's lovely. The staff were so helpful that I went back and bought a bike for myself too via my Cycle to Work scheme. 😁. Can't fault the service or the friendliness of the staff and I will definitely be returning again.
