Ray set up Rayflex in 1975 after spotting a niche in the Rubber market. As a husband and wife team, operating out of a small rented premises he's grown the Company into a large 20,000 square manufacturing operation in Warrington. He expanded and diversified the initial Rubber Sheet range into supplying industrial rubber solutions, hoses and gaskets to manufacturing plants, pharmaceutical and food companies, adding in what is now the largest PVC Strip Curtain range in Europe in 1990.
Since then the Company has gone from strength to strength and albeit Ray is now partially retired he remains the Managing Director of the Company offering strategic and financial, advice and support to the current Director.Sue set the Company up with Ray in 1975 and provided all secretarial, administrative, office and financial duties required for setting up and running a small business.

Friendly staff but poor quality product, made to measure service is length only not width and that’s not made clear when ordering. The ribbed curtains look horrible, the bullet clip and fixing system looks cheap and nasty, fixing holes are way to big for screws alone.
