Was let down last minute by another kennel and my partner contacted Brookfields who swapped some things around for us to enable us to continue with our plans. They were extremely helpful and approachable. I ended up going to visit them as I was so nervous of putting our boy (large very bouncy German Shepherd) somewhere new. They showed me around… the kennels which were all very clean and warm and the thing I noticed was at walking time every dog that went passed was wagging their tail and so happy to see the staff. When we picked him up he looked happy, relaxed and seemed really well looked

Zero stars. I've had dogs my whole life and kenneled them in various facilities in the different places we've lived and this was by far the worst experience. So disappointing.

Used many times dog this time cat as well both came home really happy great service highly recommended.

We would not leave our little Cece in anyone else’s care! Our small dog is old and takes medication and the they treat her like a baby. We can’t thank them enough!

Brookfield Kennels gets my highest recommendation. Whenever I leave my dogs there, I never have to worry. They are cared for as if they are family. In the event my schedule changes they have always been flexible and accommodating. Great people.

Warm welcome and lovely kennels. We were quite anxious about putting our boy Ziggy in kennels as he had never been in any before. We needn't have worried - from the minute we arrived our worries were put to rest. Lovely staff, great location, clean, tidy - all this is important, but best of all it was obvious Ziggy really enjoyed his stay. When we… collected him he was excited to see us, but he was just as excited to see the staff and rolled over for them to make a fuss of him before we left. Would definitely use again. They also took really good Covid precautions when we were booking in

We recently were on vacation followed by moving, so we needed to place our cat in boarding for 10 days during the crazy time and are so happy to have found a great place for her at Brookfield Kennels! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They took wonderful care of her and if we have to travel for a long period of time in the future, we will definitely be back. Thank you!

I was in town on business and needed a place to keep my girl while I worked. The owner met my little girl and showed her so much love. He is polite, professional and caring. He noticed how quiet and lovable my dog is so he kept her and another dog upfront in the office with him. To me that was so awesome because my dog is used to having human interactions.
Don't hesitate to bring your fur babies here. They will treat your dogs like their own. Very loving and compassionate people here. My trust is with them and I will definitely have them take care of my girl when I'm in town.

Eric truly cares for the animals at the kennel. He goes the extra mile to make sure that his customers are pleased with his service. He even stayed after work one time, one time when our plane was delayed, for an extra half hour after closing time, its very pleasing to know there are still very caring people out there.

This kennels are the best kennels my dog has ever stayed in. He gets well looked after with at least 2 off lead runs a day. The kennel maids love him to bits. He loves going. We feel happy that he is happy so we can have a relaxing holiday knowing he is fine

My 2 dogs were sent here while we went on a family vacation and never again. We sent them there with toys and blankets because our one dog has anxiety. They were never put in with them and they came back distressed and smelt very bad. The staff was not very friendly at all nor did they tell us anything about how they would be taken care of. Lord knows how they were treated. But when I put my pets in a boarding place I want to know they will be taken care of and in this case they were not my animals mean a lot to me and I was not impressed with this place.

Mike and Shelley provide a fantastic place for our 2 doggies to stay for daycare and longer holidays. All the staff are caring and attentive. Never have any concerns leaving my two in these capable hands.

Great people and very friendly. This is not a 5 star resort but a great kennel for short stays. When our Boston Terrier was alive he stayed in the front office with the owners. Our new dog was there once and we had no problems. We always take our own food because you never know how dogs will react to a change in diet. Never had an issue.

I use these kennels all the time and strongly recommend them: they look after your pets really well and the price is reasonable. My dogs gets excited when he gets close to the kennel because he really likes it there. I am so confident that they look after my dog well, that I left him there for 6 months while I attend to a family emergency in the UK.

This is a fantastic kennel. We love our dog like a member of the family and this is the only place we would trust to care for him. We have used them many times, including one three-week visit. Our dog is comfortable with the kennel and the owners. It is a family-run place, and the owners genuinely care for each animal as if it was their own. Each dog gets individually walked multiple times per day. Give this place a chance and you will never go anywhere else. As for the person below who claims her dog didn't like the food: if your dog is particular about what kind of food he eats, why in the world
