Started in 2006, my aim is to provide fun, interactive and engaging Food Safety and Health & Safety training to individuals and businesses. Why? Because when training is enjoyed, people remember. I have over 25 years' experience including working for P&O Cruises and hotels in South Africa, Switzerland and the UK, as well as teaching and auditing food businesses.
Accredited through Highfield, our Food Safety courses give you the confidence that your staff are achieving a recognised standard. Give your team a good understanding and willingness to implement and follow food hygiene practice. My aim is for delegates to come away not just with a good understanding of food safety but a drive to implement what they have learnt at work.
The Level 4 Award in food safety management course is accredited through Highfield and is aimed at those who have a managerial responsibility when it comes to food safety. Accredited through Highfield Qualifications, this Level 4 Food Safety Course is ideal for managers and owners with responsibility for the management of food safety, and has the option to focus on the Catering or the Manufacturing sectors.
The Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety course is accredited through Highfield and is perfect for those managing a team in any food industry. Accredited through Highfield Qualifications, this Level 3 Food Safety Course is perfect for catering managers, senior chefs and supervisors providing a thorough understanding of the relevant legislation applicable to food safety.
The Level 2 Award in food safety course is accredited through Highfield and is an ideal course for all staff who handle open food in any food industry. Accredited through Highfield Qualifications, this Level 2 Food Safety Course designed for food handlers has the option to focus on the Catering, Manufacturing, Retail or Maritime sectors.
