Started off so well, good sales and fitting service but as soon as something goes wrong absolutely terrible. We have had two faulty shutters for over a year now, with a five year warranty. Thomas never answers the phone or returns calls. I have texted, emailed and left loads of voicemails. Strange how he used to answer when you phone from a different number but he now knows my mobile, my landline and my wife's phone numbers so doesn't answer any of them anymore. He came out to inspect the shutter last February and told us numerous times the shutters had been ordered and after 11 months of chasing
