I went to place an order on this website for Christmas. I assumed it would give me shipping options, but it placed the order without giving me any options. I then proceeded to send an email to cancel the order because it didn't give me options and I needed it before Christmas. I received an email saying that the order would be here "very soon" and completely ignored me trying to cancel the order. I have expressed three seperate times to them to cancel my order and they would not. I then received the box and am trying to return it and yet to here back from them with any type
