Our guests have access to all the comfiest places - sofas, chairs and laps are all at their disposal.

Services
As the daughter of a Gamekeeper and now part of the extended Betts family I have always been surrounded by animals. I was 8 when I raised my first Labrador as its mum thought the runt was best left to die but I had other idea's, looking after this tiny helpless puppy and sleeping next to it in a makeshift moses basket installed a great love for animals that has grown and grown.

Honestly just the best ! Sam is amazing looking after your pets and goes above and beyond to help out. It would be hard to find a better environment for your pets to be loved and looked after. Our dog Izzie absolutely loves Sam and her ladies (and man!). She's been to stay at Sam's house with Sam's dogs and several other doggie boarders a few times now and has a whale of a time - so much so, I think… she probably doesn't want to come home! She enjoys going over for the day whenever she can, tearing around Sam's fields and, on the best days, going for a swim with her friends (sometimes she even gets a bath afterwards and comes back smelling much nicer than when she went...). We quite regularly use Betts Pets for the odd walk, for example if we're going to be out for a few hours

We have used Betts Pets for both the dog walking service and boarding. They offer a friendly and very personalised service in both areas always putting the dogs needs first. Over Oscars stay we were updated… with photographs and messages which was a really nice touch. They made sure he was made comfortable and were very considerate when he arrived to make sure he settled well and was not anxious. My dogs are my world and when searching for a boarders for them I want prepared to settle for anything less than perfect. When I found Sam at Betts pets I knew this was absolutely where my boys had to go. From… our initial communications via email, our meet and greet, trial day and the boys first couple of long weekends staying with Sam she has put my mind completely at ease. Sam is kind, caring, knowledgable and professional and most importantly absolutely adores every dog in her care. Each dog is treated as an individual and their specific needs catered for. Fantastic service, I cannot recommend Betts Pets highly enough. I've been a customer for about 2 years now and have relied on Betts Pets to look after my two fifteen year old cats, one of which is now on daily medication. Sam and her colleagues have always been accomodating to their needs and they are always very well cared for. I find Betts Pets very professional and reliable service.

After an unexpected family reunion booked for Spain this year I was very anxious about finding someone to look after our 6 month old Labrador puppy Teddie. I was recommended sam from a mutual friend of ours and… she was amazing. From the very first phone call she put me at ease, asking lots of questions and also giving us useful advice. Teddie had 2 play dates leading up to his stay which he thoroughly loved and made the whole transition very smooth. When we were away we had lots of pics sent through on whatsapp which was a very thoughtful touch. I would definitely use bettspets in the future
