I must say that Jason and Joe assured me that travelling 77 miles with my Makita hedge cutter would be well worth the extra effort. They are both really nice and friendly and they proved their ability by not only repairing my trimmer but checked it and overhauled it and for the first time it starts within 1 to 3 pulls it runs better than it ever has done and it ticks over happily when I put it down to move the ladder. I am telling my friends about it as the journey was to find perfection and I did exactly that as it is a joy to use now.
My sincere thanks to both of you and well worth the journey
