From Day One of the window and door fitting by Tyrone & Lou (of CW Direct), they were nothing short of excellent. We had quite a few difficult problems to rectify & through Tyrones vast knowledge he guided us what needed to be done with no stress & absolute ease, a credit to any team.
Anything we asked of the team was never ever any trouble and they both worked like trojans. All the areas where they undertook work they were meticlous in cleaning up after themselves too.
We had the best team & I only hope the rest of the fitters from C&W come up to Tyrones & Lou standards. One wonderful comment

We had an orangerie , new porch, new front door and back patio door fitted by C& W . The service from start to finish was seamless. The staff and quality of the work was second to none. Lee, Adam and the team were all outstanding . Nothing was too much trouble. They worked above & beyond to give us what we wanted. CW Direct installed our conservatory in the middle of July. We were dreading having builders in after a bad experience with our kitchen. Needn't have worried as very pleased with the quality and the workmanship. Very professional and worked amazingly hard in extreme heat. Would highly recommend. Many thanks

We had our conservatory fitted in Nov 2020. We are very happy with it. Jon Thompson was very professional and gave us very comprehensive & clear advice on best way to replace our old conservatory. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Tyrone and his colleagues did a fantastic job. They left the place clean and tidy. Tyrone went above and beyond for us. Thank you all so much. I will be back getting a quote for a door.

We have just had our windows and doors fitted by conservatories & windows direct and I would definitely recommend this company. They offer competitive prices and very good quality products, the house looks brand new, everything was finished to top quality. We chose to have the acoustic glass due to living on a busy main road and it’s made such a difference to the noise levels.. All glass is A+ rating which really shows on how much more warmth there is in the house, it’s A LOT more energy efficient.
