We are always happy to call as it is usually necessary for us to assess the installation premises after which we will post or email a fairly comprehensive written quotation. We will not try to pressure a sale during our call and respect the customer allowing them to sensibly decide in their own time without a sales representative standing over them.

Services
Kent Home Improvements recent local installations in Thanet to show internal finish options after box sash frame removal. This type of double glazing installation involved the total removal of the existing sliding box sash frames that were also forming part of a offset square bay window. The customer required that the architectural features of the building should be maintained if possible.
Kent Home Improvement's very own carpenters have fitted thousands of doors over the years. Fitting doors including timber, UPVC, composite and aluminium ranging through entrance, residential, French, patio to bi-fold requires the discipline of the carpenters' trade and is simply not a job for self-taught untrained and unqualified price workers or sub contractors.
Solid Core Composite Door Range: A composite door with a solid laminated timber core door leaf nearly 2 inches thick. The solid laminated timber door leaf gives the benefits of a timber door but without the usual associated maintenance and warping /swelling issues. They are an awesome alternative to people who do not want a foam filled door and with the largest choice of colours and styles can be used in buildings of all ages.
UPVC residential entrance doors are available in many colored foil options in addition to the popular smooth white finish. They can have moulded panels and stained glass designs as well as all the furniture you need from letterplates to spyholes in many fnishes. They are double rebated and can be fitted with shootbolt extentions and all the security features of our French door range.
All our French doors have enhanced security features and have on two occasions prevented access from burglars using a steel bar trying to gain access. One of the properties was occupied at the time and in both cases the French doors remained secure and usable and although one suffered moderate aesthetic damage and was replaced at a later time under the household insurance.

Kent Home Improvements carried out the replacement of fascias and soffits and maintenance of the mock Tudor frontage to the house. We had a good working relationship and the work carried out was first class in spite of the weather interruptions. I have would have no hesitation in using this company again.

I would highly recommend Kent Home Improvements. Sean replaced 6 windows in our Victorian terrace at a very competitive price. He was a pleasure to have around, very responsive, left the place spotless and the walls needed virtually no re-decoration around the new windows. He was also sympathetic to the original features of the building and installed new wooden surrounds for us rather than the usual PVC. He also replaced the handles, hinges and gasket on some windows at the front of the house that I wasn't getting replaced to keep costs down. I would definitely use Sean at Kent Home Improvements
