Services
Palam Communications, founded in 1995 as Schael Media Relations, helps growing technology companies promote their ideas, products and services in the media. We helped clients flourish through the dot-com boom, and helped them through the lean period that followed. These experiences honed our skills and helped us to guide our clients in a changing media environment.
In consultation with clients we develop communications plans to suit their particular needs, priorities and stage of development. These plans take into account a client's media exposure to date, staffing resources to support communications activities and, of course, the available budget.
You'll discover not only that our skills, experience and contacts will help your organisation, but the resources that we call upon that are often beyond the budgets of individual enterprises.

The public relations challenges faced by spin-outs, early-stage companies and SMEs are different to those faced by large, established corporations. Small high-tech enterprises have to work especially hard to gain the attention of the media. Whether you're a start-up with a great idea or even a mid-sized publicly-listed company, national newspapers' business reporters won't be camped on your doorstep to cover your every move.
Palam Communications is always interested in hearing from talented individuals who are quick learners, flexible workers and enjoy a challenge. We'd like to talk to you if you are creative, have good political antennae and know when to experiment. We'd also like to hear from you if you have an aptitude for communication and are eager to learn.
