I chose Kelvin White Driving School for my son Josh's driving lessons because of their good pass rate and because they offered automatic driving lessons.
I found the learning to drive experience to not be as scary as I thought it would be. My driving instructor Des Robertson had very good teaching methods who was calm with his instructions. I chose Kelvin White Driving School as I was impressed with their high pass rates from practical tests at the first attempt!
The main reason for choosing Kelvin White Driving School was because they could offer availability for my lessons and they have competitive prices. Learning to drive was easier than I thought it would be and this was helped by my driving instructor Mike Harwood. Mike was very patient, polite and explained things to me very well about the driving techniques.
I found the learning to drive experience to be better than I had expected. My driving instructor Des Robertson had good teaching methods and I was able to pick up the concepts quickly. The main criteria for me was to find a driving school that was local to me and one that would offer flexible times for lessons.

The quality of teaching from my instructor Andrew Villis was incredibly high. He made each lesson enjoyable and entirely centred around what I felt I was ready for/what I felt I needed to do.
I passed 1st time with only 1 minor fault, and my examiner pointed out my confident standard of driving.
I would highly recommend the driving school to anyone who wants to be in control of their learning, and able to proceed at their own pace.

Pete Wood Is a great instructor, he tough me all I need to know for the final exam, excellent technique on road and many more witch I will apply in my future to keep the roads safe.
In the exam with the examiner I was very confident and passed in the first time.
I recommend 100% for new drivers who want to learn and drive safe.

I'd tried a couple of driving instructors on and off over the years and not really got anywhere. Within 1 lesson with my instructor, Pete Wood, he'd already managed to fix mistakes I'd been making for years! When I made mistakes he always made it clear why I'd made them, where I was going wrong and how to fix it. Every lesson had a clear objective and the end was always in sight.
I'd definitely recommend going with Kelvin White's, especially if you've tried elsewhere before and not got anywhere.

I really like the way Andrew is explaining things , very simple.If he sees that you pickup things faster he will go forward and wont waste your hours. I never leave reviews and thats the first time and the reason is because the quality of the " service " you are getting is amazing . I would get more hours with him for sure . If someone is thinking to get an instructor in Bridgwater i recommend you Andrew 100% !!!

Fantastic! We were personally recommended this driving school as we were totally in the dark as new to Bridgwater. Wow how right was the recommendation!
Pete has been incredibly patient with David (and his worrying mum) explaining things clearly and professionally, but with humour. As the lessons went on and David's ability improved, Pete set clear, achievable targets that progressed learning onwards.
The signing up and payment methods are ease to use and the package for the theory was a really useful tool.
Thank you so much for the independence he now has because he can drive, its opening up

Fantastic driving school, I chose Kelvin white for its great reviews and they didn't disappoint.
My instructor Pete Wood was friendly and taught me how to drive not just how to pass my test. I felt confident going into my test as I knew I had learnt all the skills I needed to pass.
All in all a really great company with great instructors. :)

After a long and painful ear bashing from my wife I finally decided to get behind the wheel. This was the only driving school I was ever going to choose. I rang the office where a lovely lady answered (Sandra). Communication was brilliant and linked me up with Pete Wood. Well what can I say!!! What an amazing experience. Everything I needed to know was spoken clearly and demonstrated. Would put a 5 star rating just on Pete. I would also like this opportunity to say a massive thank you to Pete for the last 2 months. Obtaining a Driver's License can be a daunting task if you don't have the right support and guidance. Under Lee White I got the support and guidance needed to pass the practical test. Inspite of being an experienced driver I got to learn a lot of simple yet important new skills needed to drive safely. I would like to appreciate Lee's systematic approach to teaching drivers and his patience with recurring silly mistakes. You can be rest assured that Lee's methods are much more stringent than the test itself thereby pushing you to perform at higher level. I would recommend Kelvin White to all who
