During your first appointment at our dental surgery, your dentist will carry out a thorough examination of your teeth, gums and mouth and will take a full set of X-rays. They will take into account any concerns you may have about your teeth and examine your teeth for signs of tooth decay, wear and tear or cracks.
During hygiene appointments your teeth will be professionally cleaned with special equipment and pastes, this process is also known as scaling and polishing. An important aspect of the hygienist's role is to show you how to look after your teeth so they remain free from plaque. You will be advised on the best brushing technique and given tips on flossing and using interdental brushes.

Tooth pain must be the worse feeling!! So for a few days now I have been suffering pain from my wisdom tooth. I haven’t been to a dentist in years and I was in so much pain I decided to google a dentist local to me. This dentist was open at the time and decided to give it a call. I spoke to Pushpa and Denise who kindly booked me an appointment for as soon as possible and also offered me the chance for a sooner appointment if another customer was to cancel. I received a call two days before my appointment was due which was good news. I was greeted and sat down and filled in a couple of easy forms

I’m an extremely nervous patient, from walking through the door at the start to leaving I cry and shake uncontrollably. Since I was 20 every bit of dental work I’ve had done I have been sedated until I went to this practice.
I fractured my tooth suddenly I called my sedation clinic who didn’t answer so I took the plunge and called and booked an emergency appointment. The lady who took the original phone-call was so calming I turned up obviously in a real state, everybody who worked at the clinic treated me so kindly from the receptionist to the dental nurse to the dentist. There was no smell

Can’t rate this surgery enough, been with them about five years. Recently had a lot of work done & has been amazing, very professional & caring. Really happy with the results. My teeth looks amazing now. Thanks very much to Dr Gogna. Would like to say a big thank you to Sadia who put me at ease constantly reassuring throughout & is always very welcoming when on reception along side Denise another receptionist. Would highly recommend. 😀

Due to the pandemic I had to find a new dentist and a friend recommended this place. It was easy to book an appointment and I was met by a very friendly and welcoming reception. Dr Gogna was professional, attentive and explained in detail the treatment options. Also a special thanks to Dr Tay and hygienist Laura who have been great in looking after my teeth. All the staff make you feel at ease and provide an excellent service. I have been coming regularly over the last year and can highly recommend this dental practice!

Amazing professional staff, always smiling and cheerful receptionists and nurses. infection control is at the highest standard and both the dentists, and the hygienist provided a lovely service. I had a deep clean with Homaira who was amazing and made the hygiene clean comfortable for despite me being super sensitive, she worked gently and I will definitely return for my regular hygiene and check up with the dentist. The dentists are super professional and talked me through everything I need to take into account to address my concerns.

I was in the practice today, waiting for my mum in law, who was being treated and was listening to Denise, at reception answering the telephone. It was so nice to hear a sympathetic and helpful voice. So many times I have encountered people who are very unhelpful at the other end of the phone, particularly when I have been really in need of help or advice and the way she spoke to each caller was very heart-warming. Thank you Denise, you made my day.

Amazing experience doing my teeth whitening at Chingford Mount Dental practice. They guided me through the whole process from start to finish and in just 2 weeks I had shinny white teeth!! Not to mention the wonderful kind receptionists they have who were very welcoming as soon as I walked in.
