Services
Alex's career has included eight years as a designer at Sotheby's, one of the world's leading auction houses. There, she worked on marketing campaigns involving internationally renowned art and collectables. Her campaign work included Sotheby's Ferrari car auction in Italy and exhibitions across Europe and the Middle East.
Since 2011, Alex has worked on many projects for Wilton House - including logo design, leaflets, brochures, flyers, invitations, posters and signage. This has included a brochure entitled 'Wilton House and Chippendale: 300 Years, 1718 to 2018', which celebrates the life and work of Britain's finest furniture maker.
Alex produced a high-quality book charting the restoration of Raveningham Hall, a private country estate. Raveningham's owner, Lady Bacon, got in touch with Alex following a referral from another client. Alex designed the book and selected the best materials and print supplier for 20 case-bound volumes and one leather-bound book.
Alex has designed a wide range of marketing materials for Sotheby's - including this invitation. Alex's elegant and clever design provides a fitting visual style for the exhibition - with the Angel of the North as the centrepiece. Alex has earned considerable praise for her design work for the auction house over the years.
Alex produces visual branding and logos for many different businesses. Her clients have included Wilton House, the Alcohol Information Partnership, Cally Edwards (an antenatal teacher) and Adoption Focus. Whatever the project, Alex builds a deep understanding of the business - working with each of her clients to develop a distinctive visual identity.
