Offering free consultation and advice. Fast repair turnaround, we also stock most major brands. Julian is well known around the Cwmbran area, a social and well respected member of the community. Julian is a BSc and MSc honours graduate of University of Wales, Newport in Computing and IT Management, although he is too modest to put it on a business card.
We offer an extensive repair services which covers computer repair, laptop repair, printers, monitors and tablets. Our computer shop in cwmbran has the latest repair equipment available. Some of the more common repairs are below. In addition to our Computer Shop In Cwmbran Pontnewydd, we also provide a free pick up and collect service for surrounding areas for residential customers.
We carry a lot of spare parts as standard and generally have all major accessories in stock from laptop chargers to hard drives. If we do not have the parts or accessories in stock we can usually get them on a next day service in order to sort out your computer and laptop repair. Basically bring your computer or laptop in and we will get it booked in for free diagnosis.

If your problem is software related and your platform is android or iOS then we can help no mater what brand of phone or tablet.

I had a self built PC I couldn't get to post to bios, even after trouble shooting and stripping back. Within 24 hrs they had got it to post and offered additional services if I required them, (load OS, drivers etc.). Very reasonable price and I learned that next time I buy components they are happy to put them together for me, which will save me from going even more grey haired!
