I needed this service to deliver some wedding guests to a venue. I must say the team were excellent in all respects. I contacted three companies and these were the first to return a phone call within 1 hour of my email to their website. One company didn't reply at all, the other came back after 3 days - sorry: you snooze, you loose! Splendid collected all the details of my request (to, from, date, times, number of guests and luggage) and then suggested a range of vehicles that would fit the bill. I selected the Jaguar XJL as the long wheelbase was easier for the disabled passenger.

We had the pleasure of hiring a car and driver from Splendid Chauffeur Car Hire last weekend for our wedding. From start to finish the service was exceptional, even more so given the short notice of our booking. The booking process with Kevin was very simple and he was friendly and helpful; our chauffeur Toks was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel like VIP’s! The car was beautiful, incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

I booked a Mercedes E Class with splendid very last minute for my cousins Hen’s Party in Central London.
I spoke with Kevin who was very professional and polite over the phone. I was happy that he was able fit us in at very short notice despite a busy advanced Saturday schedule.
On the day, the Mercedes arrived on time. It was in immaculate condition inside and and out. There was water and sweets on display which is what us girls needed for a busy night ahead.
Our chauffeur was professionally dressed and was a true gentleman.

Booked the range rover sport with splendid for my sons prom, the car was spotless and chauffeur was polite, friendly and smartly dressed. The whole experience from booking with kevin right through to going to pick up my sons girlfriend and then being chauffeured to the prom was a excellent experience. I would definitely recommend splendid to people and will definitely use again. Many thanks for making my son and his girlfriends prom night. Highly recommend.
